ive done reusable shopping bags (not sure if you can ask local groceries or not because of the who part) but we have had tons of fun making reusable bags out of t shirts. I make it a goal to be reusable because its part of our organizations model. I hit up pintrest. there is a no sew option where you knot the bottom or you can stitch it.. make them out of the sleeves and sew them… I always get roughly 30 large and 60 small bags when I do my 15 shirts (we host a ton of events a year LOL )
I am looking for new posting ideas on our Facebook event! Please let me know if you have any information that you’ve shared in the past that has created attention!
Hi Theresa,
If you look back through the main Global Big Latch On facebook page you will be able to see the posts that got lots of comments and use those as ideas.

Have you asked the venue where other people get their insurance? I know when we have needed insurance for locations in the past the location owners typically know where other people have used. I will see if I can find the place we used before.
We trying to get some sponsors to fund it and are going to have those little nylon backpacks made for our swag bags. Our sponsors will get to put things in the bags as well.
Stephanie would like to know people get gift/swag bags from?

My venue is requiring $1 mil event insurance. Anyone know where to get?

This is my first year hosting the event.
What else do you put in the swag bags? I’ve ordered the samples from the site.
Is it recommended to have refreshments and is there any place that would possibly be approved to donate water?

I’m wanting to get local sponsors to be apart and be able to put their stuff in the bags how do I do that?
I can’t get the press release to download, it says it is unavailable?
I fix this now
